[IASHRM] Interns - Policies/Procedures/Forms

We are an insurance company specializing in writing surety bonds.  We
are beginning to create procedures/policies for requesting, hiring,
monitoring, etc. interns.  Would anyone have any policies, procedures or
forms regarding your internship programs that you would be willing to
