[IASHRM] Minimum wage

In light of the pending IA minimum wage increases, and pending Federal
changes, what are employers doing with current employees to ensure that
there are not issues of compression?  Specifically, what are you doing
for your clerical employees who are currently making more than the new
minimum wage to address the fact that new employees are automatically
going to be hired at a higher rate?
