[IASHRM] Non-exempts working from home

Has anyone adopted policy guidelines for non-exempt employees working from  
home?  How to track hours, monitor work, etc.?  Level of non-exempts  able to 
do this?  Or perhaps prohibit non-exempts from doing work outside  the office?
 
Would appreciate any input from those who have thought this through...and  
perhaps know what works and what doesn't!
