[IASHRM] Four 10 Hour Days

Has anyone had experience switching from a 5 day work week to a 4 10
hour day work week?  How did you transition?  Would anyone be able to
share their policies for PTO, Holidays, Shutdowns, etc. on this?  How do
you handle it for office and management people?
