[IASHRM] Promotional Guidelines

Hello, I am looking for information on promotional guidelines that you
can share.  For example, if you have an employee in grade 1 and move to
grade 2, is there a minimum increase that you use as a rule of thumb?  I
am assuming if current salary is below minimum of the grade, you adjust
the employee to the minimum, but if the employee's current salary is
above minimum of the new grade, how are you handling increases?  Do you
have guidelines for employees jumping multiple grades?  Any information
you can share is greatly appreciated!
