Charity, our company policy is we offer a $500 referral bonus if an
employee refers a potential candidate and they are hired for the
position. The bonus (grossed up) is paid after the new employee has
completed three months of full-time employment.

Would anyone be willing to share how much they pay employees to refer
candidates to work at the company and if you require a timeframe for the
candidate to work before the employee receives the bonus, if so, how
long?
