Good morning Charity,

Relationship Marketing will pay our employees $500 after a new hire,
that they recommend, has been employed for 6 months.  And at the one
year mark we will pay them another $500.  It works well for us.

Would anyone be willing to share how much they pay employees to refer
candidates to work at the company and if you require a timeframe for the
candidate to work before the employee receives the bonus, if so, how
long?
