[IASHRM] Employee Referral Program

At Gilcrest/Jewett, we pay $150 for referrals of full-time people. The
referring person gets $50 after the new ee has been on board for 30
days, and $100 after 90 days. I think this is the lowest that any
company pays for referrals, but it works very well for us!

Would anyone be willing to share how much they pay employees to refer
candidates to work at the company and if you require a timeframe for the
candidate to work before the employee receives the bonus, if so, how
long?
