It will vary on the size of the company.  Most of the middle to larger size
companies will offer a total of $1,500 - $500 once the referred employee
completes 90 days of employment and the remaining $1,000 after the referred
employee completes one year of employment.

Would anyone be willing to share how much they pay employees to refer
candidates to work at the company and if you require a timeframe for the
candidate to work before the employee receives the bonus, if so, how
long?
