Training Facilitator in Fairfield, IA

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., a national leader as a securities
broker/dealer, has an opening in Human Resources for a full time Training
Facilitator. This position consists of developing, monitoring, facilitating,
implementing and reporting on the effectiveness of various corporate
training and development programs. 

 

Responsibilities include:

*	Facilitation of existing company training programs including, but
not limited to, new employee orientation, customer service training,
Microsoft Office Suite training, and sponsor company training
*	Design and coordination of Management training program
*	Analysis of training needs in an on-going basis through the use of
questionnaires and surveys
*	Conducting training courses, which may involve demonstrations,
operating video recorders, leading group discussions or role-playing
activities. 
*	Serve as a liaison and contact person for all Corporate training
related inquiries

 

Qualifications: This position requires a one-year certificate from college
or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge
of database software, e-mail, Internet software, spreadsheets, graphics and
word-processing required. Excellent communication skills required. Typing
skills in the 40 wpm range. No licenses are required for this position
however, PHR Certification and FINRA Series 7 license is recommended for
this position to aid in the understanding of the training needs of the firm
and gain depth in the field of employment law knowledge.
