Management Resource Group is conducting a search for a Human Resource
Manager for a significant manufacturing company with high growth objectives
through consolidation and acquisition, a strong Quad City commitment, and a
superior senior management team. Our client is highly profitable and offers
excellent compensation, benefits, and work environment. We seek a candidate
with solid management experience and a strong background in compliance
issues, benefits and compensation, union and collective bargaining, training
and safety. The successful candidate will utilize creativity, initiative,
and negotiation to identify and acquire funding for training resources to
attract a qualified, highly-skilled labor force. A human resource
professional well-versed in community interactions with professional
affiliations will thrive in this environment.

 

Requirements include a B.S. degree plus a minimum of five years human
resource generalist experience, knowledge of OSHA and EEO requirements,
employment, and labor law. PHR required; SPHR preferred. Personal qualities
include: skilled relationship builder; strong negotiator; and a dependable
self-starter who is hard driven and innovative, yet possesses the ability to
exercise sound judgment and is respectful of people.
