Human Resources Employment Specialist

 

Seneca Foundry, Inc., an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented company, has an
immediate opening for an innovative and highly motivated individual as a
Human Resources Employment Specialist.  This person would be responsible for
growing Seneca Foundry, Inc. - which includes three divisions:  1) Seneca
Foundry (Gray Iron and Ductile Iron Casting Manufacturer), 2) Top Notch
Tooling (Develop and revamp Tooling) and 3) Designcast Specialties (Creation
and value enhancement of consumer products).  This would include, but not be
limited to recruiting, hiring, orientation, performance reviews and employee
retention.

 

Ideal skills the candidate would possess: 

.         Excellent communication skills - verbal, interpersonal and
written.

.         2-3 Years experience in active recruiting.

.         A two-year college degree or related experience

.         Talent for managing detail, continuous process improvement and
people.

.         Lean manufacturing experience a plus.
