[IASHRM] Payroll - Direct Deposit

You can now mandate that all new employees do direct deposit if they
have a bank account and it is not burdensome for the employee such as if
the bank charges or bank requirements would put the employee at a
disadvantage.  You cannot force current employees to do direct deposit
or require an employee to get a bank account if he/she does not have
one.
