[IASHRM] Language and Certifications question

Can you please share the current language and certification reward
policy with me?

 

LANGUAGE:

1.    Are there any companies that pay a premium to the individuals for
being bilingual? 

2.    If so, how much or what %? 

3.    How do you determine fluency? Do you use any skill test?

 

CERTIFICATION:

1.    Do you give premium for any professional certifications that you
help employees achieve e.g. PHR or Professional Engineer certification,
CPA, Welding certification etc.  

2.    Do you do it for both exempt and non-exempt level certifications?
