[IASHRM] Adoption Assistance Policy

We are looking at adding an adoption assistance policy to our employee
benefit plan. I was wondering:

 

1.                   Does your company offer adoption assistance?

2.                   If so, how much ($) is benefit? Per adoption?

3.                   Would you be willing to share your policy?
