[IASHRM] Compensation Study

Hello Iowa SHRM:

Can anyone recommend firms that conduct compensation studies. We desire to study the compensation levels for our Classified Non-Union and Technical non-union groups. This includes business office staff, confidential secretaries, human resources, payroll, computer technicians, network technicians, programmers, etc. working in the educational field.

We will develop an RFP for this process so I would also like to know if anyone has a sample RFP for a compensation study.
