Employee Benefits Account Manager

Responsibilities: Assist with marketing and servicing new/renewal business,
service clients by telephone or in person, assist with developing materials
for presentations, maintain client files, process applications,
review/deliver policies and ensure account accuracy.

 

Qualifications: Three or more year's employee benefit, human resources or
similar experience preferred.  College degree preferred.  Active Iowa
Life/Health Insurance agent license or ability to obtain within 90 days of
hire.  Strong analytical, multi-tasking and communication skills.  Strong
computer skills with working knowledge of various software packages,
including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.  

 

Employee Benefits Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:  Assist Account Executive with sales and marketing of
new/renewal accounts.  Evaluate needs/risks of clients, including data
analysis, to create innovative group insurance programs.  Develop client
relationships by providing professional and timely technical expertise.  

 

Requirements:  Minimum 5 year's experience in life/health, employee benefits
or provider organization.  Active Iowa Life/Health Insurance agent license.
Ability to travel occasionally to client locations.  Strong analytical,
multi-tasking and communication skills.  Strong computer skills with working
knowledge of various software packages, including Word, PowerPoint, and
Excel.
