LEARNING CONSULTANT

 

Our Professional Development Department currently has an opening in our West
Des Moines location for a Learning Consultant to provide training to Holmes
Murphy employees. 

 

Responsibilities: Research, develop, organize, and conduct training for
various software programs including Windows, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes,
Expense Reporting System, various agency management software and other
miscellaneous software; coordinate new hire training schedules; keep
informed of workflow and technical changes regarding PC software and product
offerings; and assist with the designing and administering of training and
development surveys. 

 

Qualifications: College degree and/or three-plus years training/learning and
development experience.  Excellent communication and computer skills
required.
