Position: HR and Safety Coordinator

Location: Southeastern Iowa

Description: Our client is a progressive manufacturing company with 200+
employees that enjoys a dominant position in the marketplace. This position
assists the HR Manager and Safety Supervisor in staffing, benefits
administration, training, labor relations and safety. 

Qualifications: BS/BA and 2+ years of HR experience in a heavy industrial
environment. Key competencies: Excellent communications, leadership,
influencing, problem solving, and planning and organizing skills. 

Compensation and Benefits: $48-53K plus 10% bonus and very rich benefits, to
include ESOP.
