[IASHRM] Pre-Employment Testing

Hello,

Does anyone use Differential Aptitude Test (DAT) or Watson-Glaser Critical 
Thinking Appraisal as pre-employment aptitude testing?

If so, can you explain how you validate the accuracy of the test results? 
What level of position do you typically test?
