[IASHRM] Pre-Employment Testing

It's been a while since we've used the DAT.  We did validate the test before we used it but don't have those records immediately available.  We will try to locate those next week if you want to contact me.  

Most of the positions we used this battery of tests for were entry level positions.  For higher levels we used a rating system based on assigning point valued for differing types of education and experience.
