[IASHRM] Wellness Programs

Hi HR Professionals,

 

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their Wellness Program,
anything that has worked or does not, if you have information on your ROI,
has your insurance premiums remained steady, etc.  I am looking at a
Wellness Program for my place of employment.  In addition, I am completing
my Capstone course for my MBA in HR and will be developing a plan for this
purpose as well.
