[IASHRM] Temporary to Full-Time

Pella Corp sets a performance standard for our Flex (Temp) team members to be eligible to bid on full time positions versus the time based conversion strategy you are suggesting. In the event a Flex (Temp) is a successful bidder on a full time position, all service time earned is transferred to their new role.
