 USA Staffing, a rapidly growing Iowa-based company, is looking for a Branch
Manager to lead and expand our services into the Dubuque market.  This is a
new branch start-up.  The office space is ready, and we are ready to hire
the right person to begin training and start things off in Dubuque!

 

The primary responsibilities of the Branch Manager will include:

-Maintaining established business relationships in the Dubuque business
community

-Seeking new clients

-Motivating and supervising a customer service and sales team

-Managing and overseeing all operations and sales functions of the office 

 

Qualified candidates must have previous experience in successfully leading a
team, sales or HR skills, and have proven success in management and sales.
Staffing experience is helpful but not required.
