[IASHRM] Laptop Use Policy

We struggle with limited resources and our departments have a limited
supply of laptops that employees can use and work from home.  Do any of
you have a policy on how to choose who gets to use a laptop (i.e.
performance metrics), when they can use it (inclement weather, overtime,
spike in work), and how often (rotate among employees, only 1 person in
the department is able to use a laptop from home).  Any best practices
or policies you have would be appreciated!
