[IASHRM] Employee Orientation

I go through the Employee Handbook, Graceland history/mission/vision/values, campus tour, sexual harassment training (video titled "It's Not Just About Sex Anymore"), computer/phone training, benefits and general paperwork.  We eat lunch together in the campus dining facility.  I don't do anything with safety since we are mostly office.  SHRM has some orientation information I believe.

Can anyone share with me the things that are covered in your employee
orientation? Do you do this on the first day, within the first week or
within the first 30 days? More specifically can you share what safety
trainings and procedures you cover? Do you take each new employee
through the complete 12 month safety trainings? How do you decide which
ones to train on day one and which ones to catch on the scheduled
trainings? Also do you do harassment training immediately or catch all
new employees at each annual training? Do you have any suggestions of
places to look for guidance on the scoop of what the orientation program
should entail to be sure that all necessities are covered?
