[IASHRM] Employee Automobile Coverage

Do you have employees that travel on behalf of your company?  If so, in the event they are in an automobile accident - what is covered?  Here at DIM, they "the employee" would be taken care thru work comp and the employee would be responsible for their automobile.  I spoke to our insurance carrier, he tells me that you can not buy insurance to cover employees automobiles (only coverage to cover company owned vehicles).  With that being the case, does your company do anything above and beyond, like cover employee's own policy deductibles or pay for damages?  Right now some of our employees are claiming "we don't care about them".  Any information you can share would be helpful.  THANKS!
