Full-time employees earn 15 days in year one and 20 days after a year of
employment.  There is no sick leave, however we do include a Short-term
disablitiy policy at no cost for the employee.  My only advice would be that
if you add sick leave days into the PTO accrual those days are easily
forgotten.  Management never gets any credit for lumping "extra" days for
the loss of sick days. If you do eliminate the sick leave I would reccommend
providing a STD policy.

I am in the processing of moving a jewelry company from the traditional sick
and vacation times to PTO.  Would you be willing to share your PTO allotment
that your company has?  I am also interested what your totals are if you are
still on separate sick and vacation times.  I do know what local and
national data says but would like to see some local "real" data.
