[IASHRM] Questions for IASHRM Group

We are looking at updating our Employee Tuition Assistance Program and
would like to see what other organizations are offering in regard to
this benefit.  If you have a policy in place, do you have a maximum
dollar amount for reimbursement per each employees?  If so, is that per
year or is it a lifetime maximum.  I would appreciate looking at your
policy if you are open to sharing it with me.

In addition, we'd like to hear feedback on what others are seeing as
trends in the area of average market increases in Iowa for wages?  (More
specifically for Story County.)
