[IASHRM] Drug Abuse/Sexual Harassment Education

We purchased a kit from Face It Together to put together our Drug Free
training.  Their website is www.drugfreeiowa.com.  We have also used our
EAP, Employee and Family Resources to conduct training for us in the
past.

We show a video on Sexual Harassment first day of hire that we purchased
from American Media years ago.  We also discuss our Harassment Free
Policy and our Complaint Procedures.  We also post a poster on our
Employment Board that Sexual Harassment is illegal and give the phone
number of HR to discuss any problems.
