[IASHRM] Affirmative Action Plans

I talked to a couple of companies about a year ago but I thought they
were pretty expensive. I ended up meeting for an hour or so with our
company attorney followed by a few emails back and forth. I think I got
results more suitable to my needs and I know it was cheaper.
