[IASHRM] Org Charts

Pella Corporation is trying to automatically download from PeopleSoft (our people database) directly into Microsoft Visio to create organization charts.  We have accomplished the auto download with a patch from PeopleSoft but we are having a lot of difficulty with formatting in Visio.  Large Departments want to load all on one page which would print out fine on a plotter but not on 8 1/2 x 11.

My Questions:

 *   Is anyone else using org charts automatically downloaded into an org chart program?
 *   What program are you using?
 *   What database are you downloading from?
 *   Is there a lot of programming behind the scenes to make this work?
