Here is some information from the City of Cedar Rapids our org chart.

The City of Cedar Rapids uses Orgpublisher, which is a product of
TimeVision.

We are currently doing an automatic download from PeopleSoft into
Orgpublisher.

We pass the data through Access (this is not required), so it creates a
custom table view in PeopleSoft, no other programming is necessary.

I am not the person who does this for the City, but we could put you in
touch with the staff member who is responsible for the org chart if you
would like further follow-up with her.  Hope this helps!
