[IASHRM] Breakroom Computer

We are considering putting a computer in our break room for employees to
be able access the internet while on break. Our original thought of the
computer was for employees to be able to access our health insurance
site promoting wellness (since some do not have computer/internet at
home). And then we thought it would be just a great benefit to
employees to be able to check their hotmail or do some banking or
whatever they would like to get done on their own time during break.
Does anyone currently offer this benefit to employees? Do you find that
employees abuse this benefit by going to unprofessional sites? Are
there problems with "sharing" the computer with other employees? Any
information would be very helpful for us to determine if we should offer
this or not.

Thank you!
