[IASHRM] Iowa Law regarding authorization to mail paychecks

My understanding is that it applies to all earnings.  Another good
arguement for direct deposit.

You heard right. It's the law now.

For everybody else I have a question. Do you think the law applies to
incentive checks? I suppose it would. We have a discretionary incentive
plan based on material and labor savings by individual job. The
incentive checks are of course created by our payroll system.
