[IASHRM] Iowa Law regarding authorization to mail paychecks

We have begun having our employees authorize mailing of their paychecks as a result of the new law.  In lieu of mailing, they must come to our payroll department to pick up their check.  It has created a lot of extra work for our payroll staff.
