[IASHRM] Iowa Law regarding authorization to mail paychecks

My opinion would be better to be safe than sorry.  It is only an Iowa Law as far as I know.

 I have a question concerning this.  We have employees from other states
that their checks are received here and then we mail them to their
homes.  Should we also have them sign these forms before mailing their
checks?
