[IASHRM] Education Assistance

We currently have an Education Assistance policy, and I am curious how
other employers are structuring their policy.  Specifically:

*	How many years must a person be employed to be eligible for
Education Assistance? 
*	Are full-time and part-time employees eligible for Education
Assistance?  At what amounts (i.e., 100% for full-time and 50% for
part-time)? 
*	If an employee leaves after completing a course, are they
required to reimburse the company?  How long must an employee be
employed after completing the course until they are not required to
reimburse the company?  Do you have a graduated scale for reimbursement?
