Human Resources Generalist 

 

Alaniz, LLC (a DHM Company) based in Mt. Pleasant, IA, is hiring a Human
Resources Generalist.  Job duties include: personnel records, reporting,
recruiting, bi-weekly payroll, benefits administration, training and/or
special projects as assigned.  The HR Generalist will report to the
Controller with a dotted-line reporting/mentorship relationship with the
Director of Human Capital.

 

The successful HR Generalist candidate will have an 2 or 4 yr degree in HR &
1-5 years HR generalist experience:

.     Previous benefit administration, new hire orientation and employee
issue resolution experience 

.     PHR or SPHR certification is preferred

.     Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detailed organized 

.     Must be able to make good decisions and think creatively 

.     Good problem-solving skills

.     Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
furnished in written, oral or diagram form

.     Ability to work well in a team environment, contributes to the team by
offering assistance and asking for assistance

.     Ability to work with a diverse group of people within all levels of an
organization

.     Friendly demeanor along with ability to keep confidential information
