[IASHRM] dress code policies

Will you share your dress code policy with me?  I am interested in
changing our current dress code to indicate employees do not need to
wear pantyhose or socks from Easter through Labor Day and that they may
wear dress sandals but no casual sandals such as flip-flops.  I am
interested in the wording you have in your dress code if you have
similar stipulations in place.
