I am going to be doing a Request for Proposal process for Black Hawk 
County for a third party administrator for our Section 125 Cafeteria 
flexible spending accounts.  If you presently use a third party 
administrator that you are happy with, would you please email me with the 
company's name and address so that we can include the company in our RFP 
distribution?
