Workplace Services (WPS) is a business unit of Employee & Family Resources (EFR), a non-profit workplace and human service provider.  WPS products include a nationwide employee assistance program (EAP), workplace training, management consultation, and other organizational development services including leadership coaching and conflict mediation. The purpose of this position is to effectively manage WPS Consultant staff and WPS service delivery.

Capabilities, Competencies & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, human resources, human services, communication, or other related field
• Account management and/or human resource knowledge
• Strong supervisory and customer relations skills
• Training experience preferred
• Three years experience in the EAP field preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision of WPS Consultant staff related to performance in account management, workplace training, and other workplace consultation
• Supervision of WPS administrative support staff
• Monitoring of current practices and implementing new and/or improved service delivery, product development and marketing strategies
• Provision of account management, workplace training, and other workplace consultation to business customers as needed
