[IASHRM] Additional Vacation Purchase

We are considering allowing employees to purchase additional vacation days each year.  Does your company allow employees to purchase additional PTO or vacation days each year?  If so, how does it work - is their purchase price their salary at a certain date, how is it deducted from their check, etc?  Any information you have is appreciated.  Thanks
